Tim was amazing. We have bought many cars before but I have never had a more transparent, honest interaction with a rep like with Tim. He was very patient and helpful. It has been a few months since we bought my Equinox. He told me if there were any issues to bring the car back within 14 days, I had none. We will definitely be back when my daughters need to get their cars or we need to upgrade.

I gave up on purchasing a new vehicle because even though I can afford it, the new vehicle dealership experiences have generally been poor. And recently, with the seller's market still hanging on into 2023, the attitudes at the new lots are downright...well... offensive. I don't like to be ignored (I'm not a "tire kicker") but most importantly, I don't like pushy sales people (or sales managers or finance managers, etc.).
This is where Tim comes in. He is incredibly respectful, pleasant and honest. I'm old. I've purchased many vehicles. I also work in the industry so I don't actually need to be told very much about vehicles. And I was in sales for years - so I know all the games.
But having Tim by your side (on your side?) during the whole process is like taking your friend with you while you are shopping. And that is what makes people like me feel motivated to purchase. To be fair, the entire staff was very welcoming and friendly.
So I ended up purchasing a nice blue 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie with a rebuilt title. I didn't get but a few minutes away at the local Sunoco to fill up when a lady walked up to me and said "Pardon me, but I just wanted to say I love your pickup". I'm sure my wife appreciated that, lol. That was just the first of many complements in the last few weeks.
Oh - and you know how the saying goes "It's the little things that count"? Since the back window has very dark tint, a gentleman there put my temporary registration notice in a plastic sleeve and mounted it to the license plate location. We've been getting hammered with rain recently so that was a very welcome extra effort.
I live an hour away but it was worth the drive to be treated well. Good luck on your next vehicle purchase.

I recently bought a truck from here, and it was a wonderful experience. Tim took the time to make me feel like I actually mattered as a customer going so far as to take videos and pictures himself and send them to me so that I felt comfortable in my purchase before I ever even got there (flew from middle Tennessee).
They were priced very reasonably, super helpful, were quick to address any questions or issues I had, and made the overall process so smooth.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again, and would easily recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

I saw the Truck I'd been looking for on Carguru and it was at Next Auto in Michigan. Was uncertain as to whether or not to proceed (I live in New York) but after talking with Tim from Next Auto I decided to look into it. Boy I'm glad I did!!
Tim could not have been nicer and went out of his way to answer my many questions. The truck I purchased had been hit by a deer and had some minor damage but the repair was perfect. I was extremely happy with the price. I ended up flying to Detroit to pick up the car myself. I could have waited for shipping but I was a little excited, plus the 6 hour ride home would give me a chance to see how I felt about the truck.
In conclusion, I am very satisfied all the way around.

I saw a car at NEXT Auto Sales on CarGurus.com and contacted the dealership thru the website to see if it was still available. I received a prompt reply saying it was.
